نلتقي لنرتقي… وبالعلم تتواصل الأجيال
بكل فخر واعتزاز، يسرّني بصفتي رئيس الرابطة السورية للجراحة التجميلية والترميمية والحروق أن أرحب بضيوفنا الكرام، وبجميع الأساتذة والاختصاصيين والمحاضرين المشاركين في مؤتمر الرابطة السورية للجراحة التجميلية والترميمية والحروق.
ونحن إذ نعتز بخبرات أساتذتنا ورواد اختصاصنا وما قدموه عبر سنوات طويلة من علم وخبرة وعطاء، فإننا نؤمن في الوقت ذاته بأن مسؤوليتنا العلمية تقتضي فتح الأبواب أمام الجيل الشاب من الاختصاصيين، ومنحه الفرصة الحقيقية ليقدم علمه وخبرته ويثبت حضوره ويشق طريقه في المسيرة الأكاديمية والمهنية.
لقد حرصنا في هذا المؤتمر على أن يجتمع عطاء الخبرة مع طموح الشباب، وأن تكون المنصة العلمية مساحةً للتكامل بين الأجيال، وتبادل المعرفة والخبرات، والتعرف إلى الطاقات والكفاءات الجديدة في اختصاصنا.
إن تجديد الدماء العلمية لا يعني الاستغناء عن الخبرة، بل البناء عليها؛ فبخبرة أساتذتنا، وبحماس وكفاءة الجيل الجديد، نستطيع أن نرتقي بجراحة التجميل والترميم والحروق، وأن نبني مستقبلاً علمياً ومهنياً يليق بأطبائنا وبسوريا.
كل الترحيب بضيوفنا القادمين للمشاركة معنا، وكل الشكر والتقدير لأساتذتنا ومحاضرينا واختصاصيينا، ولكل من يساهم في إنجاح هذا اللقاء العلمي.

It is with great pride and honor that, in my capacity as President of the Syrian Association for Aesthetic, Reconstructive and Burn Surgery, I warmly welcome our distinguished guests, as well as all professors, specialists, and speakers participating in the Conference of the Syrian Association for Aesthetic, Reconstructive and Burn Surgery.
While we take great pride in the expertise of our esteemed professors and pioneers in the specialty, and in the knowledge, experience, and dedication they have contributed over many years, we also firmly believe that our scientific responsibility requires us to open doors for the younger generation of specialists and provide them with genuine opportunities to share their knowledge and experience, demonstrate their capabilities, establish their presence, and forge their own path in academic and professional practice.
In organizing this conference, we have been committed to bringing together the wisdom of experience and the ambition of youth, and to making the scientific platform a space for collaboration across generations, the exchange of knowledge and expertise, and the recognition of emerging talents and new competencies within our specialty.
Renewing and enriching our scientific community does not mean replacing experience; rather, it means building upon it. With the expertise of our senior colleagues and the enthusiasm and competence of the new generation, we can advance the fields of aesthetic, reconstructive, and burn surgery and build a scientific and professional future worthy of our physicians and of Syria.
A very warm welcome to all our guests joining us, and our sincere thanks and appreciation to our professors, speakers, specialists, and everyone contributing to the success of this scientific gathering.
